Tuna, Tomato and Cheese on English Muffins

DESCRIPTION:

Tuna served on English muffins topped with that fav cream of mushroom soup

INGREDIENTS:

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
6-8 ounces Velveeta
2 7-oz can white tuna in water, undrained
2 fresh ripe tomatos, sliced thick
8 english muffins, split, toasted and buttered.

DIRECTIONS:

In a medium saucepan, bring to a simmer, one can of Cream of Mushroom soup. Add 6-8 ounces of Velveeta. Melt cheese and stir together. Add two 7 oz. cans of white tuna, packed in water, undrained and broken up a bit.

When warmed through, pour over a toasted and buttered english mufiin on which has been placed 1 thick slice of ripe tomato.
